Linkr Refund Policy
Linkr values every customer and works hard to provide customers with an enjoyable experience using Linkr software. Linkr offers a 7-day free trial version, so customers can 'test-drive' before deciding to purchase. These trial versions have no functional limitation. All these help customers make an informed purchase decision and avoid buying the wrong product for their needs.
Linkr License and Subscription
After purchase customer receives an email containing the license and download links to the Linkr software. Such license is a one time purchase for using Linkr under a period of time. or a recurring subscription that renews the license automatically.
If the license purchased is not renewed automatically or manually by the customer. The license will be expired and customer won't be able to continue using the Linkr software until it's been renewed.
Linkr generally does not refund or exchange products in the following situations:
- Failure to read the product description before purchasing and thus resulting in dissatisfaction with the product's functioned and/or results.
- A customer refund request on complaint of credit card fraud/other unauthorized payment.
- A refund request claiming the failure to receive registration code within 24 hours of the order having been successful.
- A customer has a 'change of mind' after purchase.
Requesting a refund
Please email us the license you purchased and the email you used for purchasing the license and our customer service will help process your request. Once your request has been processed, you will receive an email confirmation. Please allow 3-5 business days for the credit to appear on your credit card statement or 15-30 days for other payment method. You will need to uninstall the product from your computer before we issue the refund.
If you purchased the software from one of our authorized resellers or affiliates, then you must contact that company to process your return. We can only accept returns for product purchased directly from Linkr.
